Hi! I am Xinyu Tong, a first-year M.S. student at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), advised by Prof. Lei Wang.
My research focuses on applications and interdisciplinary studies in the fields of Multimodal AI (VLA, CLIP, etc.) , Medical Image Analysis (Seg., Rec., etc.) , and AI4S (RS, Gene & Cell.)

π¬ Research Interests
- Multimodal AI: VLA, LLM and World Model.
- Medical Image Analysis: 1. Medical Application of lightweight Network & Federated Learning etc. 2. Research on multi-task learning, less-supervised learning especially for segmentation tasks, and the generalization of deep learning models.
AI for Science: 1. Remote Sensing. (Focus on Drought Region Research in Central Asia) 2. Cell & Gene.
